How the Trifecta Face Lift Works

Through sun exposure, environmental factors, aging, and hormonal changes, the skin can sustain a lot of damage and become unbalanced. This unbalance results in inflamed skin, excessive redness, uneven skin texture and tone, acne, large pores, pigmentation, and wrinkled tired looking skin.

The Trifecta Face Lift takes the award winning TriBella™ procedure to the next level. It uses a combination of state-of-the-art laser treatments that eliminates years of damage and restores your skin’s youthful glow. The treatment consists of 5 different procedures in one session, simultaneously targeting the top layer of the skin and the deeper tissue beneath the surface. The combination of energy modalities repairs visible signs of sun damage and aging, like discoloration and uneven skin tone on the surface layer, while also heating the tissues under the skin to kick collagen production into high gear. This results in firmer, healthier, smoother skin over a few months.

The 5 Steps Of The Procedure

1. Cleansing Facial

A facial cleansing massage and enzyme peel to remove the dead skin cells and debris from your skin. This instantly gives the skin a healthier glow and provides a great surface to work with while performing our more invasive parts of the procedure.

2. Photorejuvenation Treatment

Advanced photofacial technology is administered to the skin to target the pigment and redness in the epidermal layer. This results in skin that is clear from age spots, small vessels, excess brown pigmentation, and redness.

3. Skin Tightening Treatment

A revolutionary, non-invasive facial contouring treatment that dramatically restores a youthful appearance. The treatment utilizes thermal radiofrequency (RF) energy combined with pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMf) to penetrate deep into the tissue, stimulating the fibrous network below the skin, and increasing collagen and elastin production in the dermal layer. This contours and shapes the face and neck, making it firmer, and tighter. The PEMF technology is a unique regenerative technology that stimulates the body’s healing system. This ultimately changes how your genes are being expressed, returning your skin to a younger state of function. The result is skin that looks firmer and younger, with fewer lines and wrinkles.

4. Skin Resurfacing Treatment

The next step is a new procedure that is comparable to a surgical facelift, without the large scars. Our nano-fractional skin resurfacing technology uses radio frequency delivered through tiny needles to create micro-dermal wounds with minimal impact on the epidermis. This allows for faster healing of the skin, with minimal downtime and less pain than traditional skin resurfacing/remodeling technologies. This provides dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face and neck, which was previously only attainable through a surgical procedure such as a facelift. In addition, it resurfaces the skin, addressing large pores, acne scaring, surgical scars, fine lines, and wrinkles.

5. CGF Skin Therapy

Administering advanced human growth factor product to the skin, triggers stem cell activation and modulates cellular function. As we age, we have less stem cells, which means less growth factors and cytokines available to help our body function at optimal levels. By adding them back into our skin, along with the building blocks to produce more collagen, elastin, and blood vessels, we return the skin to its most healthy state. This form of cellular biohacking, results in reduced inflammation, pigmentation, wrinkles, and signs of aging.

Most patients receive 3 treatments per area. The exact number will depend on each individual person and the area being treated. Consult with your doctor to determine the best treatment plan for you.

Make sure your skin is clean. Do not apply any lotions, creams, perfumes, powder, or makeup before your treatment session, and avoid tanning. Remove all jewelry around the area being treated. If you have excessive hair on the treatment area, shave it beforehand. Avoid any tanning, including with self-tanners. It also helps to be prepared with information about your medical history—the technician will likely ask about it.

May be slightly uncomfortable, but not painful. You’ll feel intense heat, similar to the feeling of sunburn, and your face will look red right after the treatment. For more aggressive treatments, you may get a topical numbing cream to reduce any discomfort.

Your skin will be red and feel warm afterward, like a sunburn. You can ease this by using the take home serums provided (not the lotions). The warm feeling should go away within 24 – 48 hours.

Yes, around 48 hours post-treatment (or up to 5 days for more aggressive treatments). Your skin will be red and for the first 24 hours, you will not be allowed to apply or rub anything on your skin, including water or sweat (so no hot yoga or any other exercise that will make you perspire). After the 48 hour mark the redness should reduce to very little to no redness and for the following week your skin will feel very rough (like sandpaper). After 48 hours, you may put on makeup and resume your regular skin care routine. You should apply sunscreen (at least SPF 30), preferably one without chemicals. But avoid rigorous exercise and hot baths or massages on the treatment area for the first 2 days after your session. Make sure to keep your skin clean and protected from the sun. Avoid any sort of tanning.

If your skin feels hot, you can use your provided aftercare serums to cool it down. Avoid touching or scratching the treatment area. Do not put lotion, makeup, or anything else on your skin, including water, for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can apply sunscreen (at least SPF 30), preferably one without chemicals. Also avoid rigorous exercise and hot baths or massages on the treatment area for the first 2 days after your session. Make sure to keep your skin clean and protected from the sun. Avoid any sort of tanning.

No. You should wait till 48 hours after your treatment to apply any makeup or lotion.
